Terms of Service

Trydo builds, manages and scales dedicated marketing teams for growing businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement between you and Trydo.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to use our services or apply to our talent network.

• Fees are stated in your engagement letter and are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated.
• Non-payment beyond 15 days may result in service suspension.

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets, brand guidelines and stakeholders needed for our work.
• Give reasonable, timely feedback and approvals.
• Honour agreed exclusivity, non-solicitation and confidentiality clauses.

Applicants to the Trydo Talent Network agree to be evaluated on skill, portfolio and fit. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Talent members represent themselves accurately and maintain professional standards on client engagements.

Work products created specifically for a client under a paid engagement belong to the client on full payment, unless otherwise stated in writing. Trydo retains all rights to its own tools, frameworks, templates, methodologies and pre-existing IP.

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Engagements typically run on a rolling monthly basis with a 30-day written notice for cancellation. Trydo reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. While we work rigorously to drive outcomes, Trydo does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking or lead numbers unless explicitly agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trydo's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
